Start with the stunning Grilled Red Throat Emperor served with pumpkin gnocchi, spinach, blistered cherry tomatoes and a lemon cream sauce for $33. Looking for something lighter? The Deconstructed Tiger Prawn Cocktail comes in at $28, while the Salmon Poke Bowl – loaded with rice, pickled ginger, edamame beans, cucumber, avocado and Kewpie mayo topped with sesame seeds – is also $28.
